You can pay a wide range of bills including electricity, water, internet, phone bills, TV subscriptions, mobile airtime and data, and many more. We partner with major service providers across the country to ensure convenient bill payments.

How do virtual cards work?

Virtual cards are digital debit/credit cards that you can create instantly for online purchases. Each card has its own number, expiry date, and CVV. You can set spending limits, freeze/unfreeze cards, and create multiple cards for different purposes - all from your dashboard.

Are there any hidden fees?

No, we believe in transparent pricing. All our fees are clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. There are no hidden charges, no monthly maintenance fees for basic accounts, and free internal transfers between Cresta Bank accounts.

What should I do if I forget my password?

Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page, enter your registered email address, and we'll send you a secure link to reset your password. For security reasons, password reset links expire after 24 hours. If you're still having trouble, contact our 24/7 support team.
